Shipping Policy

Deliveries within the UAE generally take 2-4 business days, depending on the shipping method used and product availability. To enhance delivery security, the delivery company may request a receipt confirming the delivery. If the product is not delivered within 10 days from the purchase date, you must contact us with your order tracking number.

Multiple shipments may result in multiple charges reflected on the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Return Policy

We recommend that customers choose carefully, as THE GOLDEN SHEDI COSMETICS AND BEAUTY TRADING L.L.C only accepts returns in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect product shipments.

Damaged or broken items due to faulty packaging can be returned along with the defective packaging. If you wish to return a product, you must contact The Shedi via email or phone and return the product within 15 days of the shipping date.

Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.

Warranty

The Shedi products will be repaired free of charge if there are any issues due to manufacturing defects, provided that the Aroma System (scent system) is used as recommended. The Shedi reserves the right to change this policy without prior notice.

All scent systems must be installed, used, and placed according to the specifications provided by experts and technicians from The Shedi. The Shedi will not be responsible for any issues or damages caused by improper use of the scent systems.
